**Job Title: ServiceNow Integration Expert**
**Location: Remote**
**Duration: Contract**
- ServiceNow Integration Development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integration Architecture: Define and implement integration architectures to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow integrations.
- Evaluate and recommend integration patterns and best practices.
- RESTful and SOAP Web Services: Create and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services for data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Implement secure and efficient communication protocols.
- Orchestration and Automation: Develop workflow orchestrations and automation scripts using ServiceNow Orchestration to streamline business processes.
- ServiceNow Scripting: Write and maintain scripts in ServiceNow Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Server Scripts for data manipulation and transformation.
- Debug and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Integration Testing: Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure data accuracy, system compatibility, and adherence to business requirements.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to execute comprehensive test plans.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all ServiceNow integrations, including architecture diagrams, data flow charts, and API specifications.
- Provide documentation for end-users and support teams.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to convey integration strategies and progress.
- Incident and Problem Resolution: Provide timely and effective support for integration-related incidents and problems.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
