Job Overview

As a key technical consultant, you will provide expert assistance and create best practices for complex integrations with third-party systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and web services integration.

This role requires strong technical expertise, including proficiency in object-oriented programming languages and scripting. Additionally, the ability to hand-code DHTML/XHTML and CSS is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement, and test custom modules and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop comprehensive integration facilities for all required customer integrations on ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Perform configuration, application integration, custom programming, and other technical activities to support system integration projects.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on technical assistance to team members regarding solution design and execution.
  • Identify and design integration requirements for key modules, including ServiceNow MID Server setup, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Discovery integration with the CMDB.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of professional experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Expert knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture and web services integration.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages and scripting.
  • Strong skills in hand-coding DHTML/XHTML and CSS.
  • Experience with relational databases in an enterprise software context.
