Job Description:

Leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to drive digital transformation and improve operational efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on OTM (Operations Management) modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
  • Ability to script automated processes using Business Rules, Script Actions, and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Experience with database-level architecture and SQL query writing.
  • Configuration and enhancement capabilities on the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to document development, configuration, and technical details.
