About this Role:

Are you a seasoned ServiceNow Expert seeking a new challenge? As a ServiceNow Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive implementations across multiple modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, or others as per business needs.
  • Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain system stability while supporting platform upgrades, patching, and enhancements.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
