As an Admission counsellor specializing in NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) and IIT JEE (Indian Institutes of Technology Joint Entrance Examination) at our coaching academy, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students through the enrolment process for our coaching programs. Your primary objective will be to provide comprehensive support to students, helping them understand the benefits of our coaching programs and guiding them toward making informed decisions regarding their exam preparation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**:_

Provide personalized counselling and guidance to prospective students interested in enrolling in our NEET and IIT JEE coaching programs. Assist students in understanding the program structure, curriculum, and teaching methodology.
- **Program Information**_: Keep up-to-date with the latest information about our coaching programs, including course offerings, faculty profiles, and success rates. Communicate this information effectively to prospective students and their parents.
- **Entrance Exam Preparation**_: Provide information and guidance to students regarding the NEET and IIT JEE exams, including exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies. Explain how our coaching programs can help students excel in these competitive exams.
- **Outreach Activities**_: Participate in outreach activities such as seminars, workshops, and career fairs to promote our coaching academy and attract prospective students. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**_: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their parents throughout the enrolment process. Provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure a positive experience with our coaching academy.
- **Training and Development**:_ Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the fields of NEET and IIT JEE coaching. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance counselling skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the NEET and IIT JEE exams, including exam patterns, syllabus, and eligibility criteria.
- Previous experience in admissions counseling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students and parents effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
