**1. Student Counseling & Guidance**
- Provide detailed information about NEET/JEE coaching programs, courses, and admission procedures.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, goals, and learning needs to suggest the best program.
- Motivate students and address their concerns regarding competitive exams.

**2. Admission Process Handling**
- Assist students in completing the admission forms and ensure documentation is correct.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain records of student interactions and admission progress.

**3. Lead Generation & Follow-ups**
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries for admissions.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and ensure timely engagement.

**4. Coordination with Internal Teams**
- Work closely with academic and administrative teams to facilitate smooth admissions.
- Ensure proper batch allotment and provide post-admission support.

**5. Marketing & Promotional Activities**
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, and seminars to promote NEET/JEE coaching programs.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct webinars and counseling sessions for prospective students.

**6. Performance Tracking & Reporting**
- Maintain and analyze admission conversion reports.
- Provide feedback to management for improving the admission process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
