**JOB DESCRIPTION**
JOB TITLE : - Admin
DEPARTMENT : - Admin & HR
LOCATION : - Mumbai
REPORTS TO : - Department Head
**JOB PURPOSE**
The Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Schedule travel, coordinate with travel agency to obtain the best possible trip and prepare travel expense reports accordingly
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities
- Managing government license
- Handling of cash
- Handling Employees Issue
- Repairs And Maintenance, Building And Machinery
- Arrangement Of Office Boys
- New Vendor set up
- All Utility Bill
- Procurement IT / Non IT
- Managing Housekeeping
- Making PO’s
- Maintain Office Budgets
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
Management reserve the right to assign or re
- define duties / location and instruct the post holder to carry out any duty. Person may require to travel/ deputed to any offices/site.
**COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
**EDUCATION/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE**
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Can get work done from others easily.
- knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
**Tools**
- Ms office
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vidyavihar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
