StrongReps Personal Training provides high-quality personal training services at home in Hyderabad. We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their fitness goals with personalized training programs.

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, convert leads into clients, and ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to ongoing service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with personal trainers
- Provide outstanding customer service and support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in our CRM
- Contribute to sales strategies and marketing campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Passion for fitness and wellness is an advantage
