Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with a strong skill set in content writing, client handling, and design. This role requires an individual who is proficient in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, optimizing posts for SEO, and handling client communications effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Writing & Creation: Write compelling, engaging, and creative content for social media posts, blogs, captions, and other marketing materials.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter by creating and scheduling posts.
- Client Handling & Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing updates, and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Designing Content: Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and videos for social media posts, using design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools, report on key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and performance.
- Collaborative Work: Collaborate with other teams (marketing, sales, design) to create cohesive strategies and deliver high-quality results for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Writer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience in client handling and relationship management.
- Creative skills with experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficient in content writing with excellent grammar, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media advertising, campaign management, and design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Additional Skills (Optional):

- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to create and execute social media ad campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
