Icg O&t Cross Border and Data Privacy

The role will be a member of the ICG OTRC Privacy Controls team that oversees the ICG Operations and Technology data privacy and cross border data controls programs. These programs are designed to ensure ICG O&T is meeting ongoing compliance with related policies and supporting standards, as well as local outsourcing, privacy, bank secrecy, and data localization requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- This function is responsible for various data activities, including complex data analytics, extensive MIS reporting, data maintenance, data quality assurance, and database management or database architecture / design engineering
- Producing and analyzing a multitude of scorecards/performance management tools to identify and mitigate exposure (risk/financial/regulatory) and to monitor that goals are met; Responsible for the development of a tool to automate/streamline data collection and compilation
- SharePoint Development: Leveraging SharePoint Designer, SharePoint workflow to formulate sites and meet workflow needs of team members; Create SharePoint site collections with multiple sites, unique navigational elements, custom content types and site columns, site pages, web part pages, views
- Independently assessing risks and driving actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to operational risk/issues by challenging both historical and proposed practices and data.
- Proactively suggesting innovative and efficient processes for ICG OTRC Privacy Controls team
- Developing and maintaining relationships across the business users and Lines of Defense to better understand and deliver customer requirements by responding to changes in the internal and external business environment
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. and exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acting as MIS Reporting SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- 6-10 years experience relevant experience within Data & MIS space in analytics / Product / Capital Markets / Banking Industry (knowledge of Data Privacy and Cross Border Data Transfer requirements a huge plus)
- SharePoint Developer skills (must possess knowledge that exceeds "out of the box" functionality); HTML editing expertise
- Demonstrable data analyst skillset and knowledge of data science techniques - Know-how on analytic tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of data mapping concepts and experience authoring data requirements and rules at field level
- Strong skills in SQL and Python
- Natural ability to use data to tell a story
- Mastery of Microsoft Programs (ie. Expert Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, VBA a plus)
- Ability to manage a project from initiation to completion, keeping people informed of the progress and dealing issues proactively and transparently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express ideas to people from various business and technology backgrounds
- Strong experience building multi-channel customer view leveraging data from digital and non-digital sources
- Possess experience in Data Management/Analysis including Data profiling, impact assessment from varied data sources.
