- Roles and Responsibilities- Basic knowledge of data privacy compliance requirements like GDPR, CCPA, and PDPA is required
- Drafting and negotiating contracts with third parties (professional services agreements, technology services agreements, hosting agreements, SaaS agreements)
- Working collaboratively with the internal compliance team for data privacy compliance requirements.
- Effectively managing workflow, including multiple projects, in a proactive and highly responsive manner.
- Review of existing policies, procedures, and privacy documents
- Drafting of privacy documents based on applicable compliance requirements.
- Assist with creating, facilitating, and delivering training to the team members.
- Work with a team of data protection resources.- Data Privacy knowledge of GDPR regulation
- Experience with privacy laws and regulations (including data protection, cross-border data transfers, data retention, data sharing, and incident response),
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
