As a Restaurant Cashier at Delicia Valluvambram, you will be the first and last point of contact for our valued guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure accurate and efficient order processing and payment handling, all while providing exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests with a genuine smile and friendly greeting.
- Guide guests through the menu and answer any questions they may have.
- Accurately record customer orders in our POS system, paying close attention to special requests or modifications.
- Process guest payments quickly and accurately using cash registers, credit card terminals, and other payment methods.
- Verify the accuracy of all transactions and provide correct change and receipts.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate them to a manager when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier station, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Assist with assembling and packaging takeout orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including balancing the cash drawer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
