**Responsibilities**:

- Build customer relationship, follows up on leads, and maximizes sales opportunities.
- Ability to do work on loan process, maintain and update account records.
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans.
- Identify outdoor sales opportunities and generate revenue.
- Forecast sales, and develop new strategies/models.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Attend meetings, and sales events to meet potential clients and close deals.
- Report and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications:

- Any fresher/ SSC/ HSC/ Graduate/ MBA fresher/ Diploma fresher/ Experienced
- Bike is not mandatory.
- Knowledge or experience in sales
- Good Communication Skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
