**Your Role**:

- Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Splunk or Dynatrace, based on project requirements.
- Configure dashboards, alerts, and anomaly detection to support proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
- Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow for ticketing, change management, and workflow automation.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to operational stability at L2 level.
- Collaborate with ITSM and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless observability across environments.

**Your Profile**:

- 4-6 years of experience in IT operations or monitoring, with hands-on expertise in either Splunk or Dynatrace.
- Strong proficiency in dashboard creation, alert configuration, and log/query analysis.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and ITSM practices.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
