Job Title : Monitoring & Observability EngineerExperience : 5 - 10 yearsLocation : BangaloreAbout The Role : We are seeking a skilled Monitoring & Observability Engineer to join our Enterprise Monitoring team.The role involves delivering robust monitoring solutions, providing technical expertise, and acting as a trusted advisor to internal customers.The candidate will contribute to strategic initiatives, implement Infrastructure and Application Monitoring solutions, and ensure observability at enterprise scale.Key Responsibilities : - Deliver Monitoring & Observability solutions aligned with customer requirements.- Act as a trusted advisor and provide technical expertise to stakeholders.- Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of monitoring solutions.- Collaborate with various Technology and Business teams for successful stakeholder management.- Ensure technical solutions meet functional, non-functional, and support requirements.- Implement and support infrastructure monitoring, application performance monitoring, and log aggregation at enterprise scale.- Develop automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and scripting.- Provide periodic on-call support, including out-of-business hours or weekend coverage as required.Required Skills & Experience : - Experience with Observability tools, AI Ops, and log aggregation platforms (e.g., ELK Stack).- Expertise in Application Performance Monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic).- Strong infra and application monitoring knowledge.- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell, JavaScript).- DevOps skills : Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipeline development, SCRUM delivery model.- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.- Experience in OpenTelemetry, AWS, Kubernetes is a plus.
