**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Program Implementation**
- Coordinate and oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of community health workers in designated villages.
- Develop detailed operational plans to ensure smooth implementation of program activities.
- Organize community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure proper distribution of program resources and logistics.

**2. Data Management and Reporting**
- Establish data collection protocols to capture patient details, healthcare trends, and program metrics.
- Review and analyze collected data to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the reporting Manager and stakeholders.

**3. Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, influencers (teachers, village heads, NGOs), and healthcare facilities to enhance program reach.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the field teams and central administration.
- Facilitate community feedback mechanisms to address concerns and refine program strategies.

**4. Training and Capacity Building**
- Conduct and coordinate weekly training sessions for healthcare workers.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to community health workers to enhance their effectiveness and engagement.

**5. Monitoring and Evaluation**
- Conduct periodic field visits to assess the quality and impact of program activities.
- Implement review mechanisms, including virtual meetings and on-ground evaluations, to track performance.
- Identify challenges and propose solutions to optimize program delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Sociology, BSW/MSW.

**Experience**: 1+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in community health or rural development programs. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage field teams and program activities effectively.
- Good communication skills to engage with stakeholders and local communities.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, rural health challenges, and government health programs.
- Basic knowledge of computers & the internet.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
