Planning Engineer- EPC Industry

Role & responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in planning Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission lines of 220kV, 400kV, and higher voltage levels.
- Well-versed in transmission line construction processes, including survey, tower erection, stringing, and testing.
- Formulate comprehensive project plans, schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to ensure systematic execution and monitoring of project activities.
- Proficient in project planning and MS Excel and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project.
- Conduct schedule delay analysis, prepare delay reports in accordance with project requirements, and formulate effective catch-up plans to realign project timelines.
- Oversee material and resource management, ensuring timely availability, optimal utilization, and coordination to support uninterrupted project execution.
- Strong analytical aptitude with proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent skills in communication, coordination, and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (B.E./B. Tech).
- 4-8 years of proven experience in transmission line projects and establishments.
- Willingness to relocate as per project requirements.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality estimation.
