QHSE Officer/ Trainer

Operational Quality Lead is responsible for driving operational quality, interface with

functional team, contractors/partners to ensure implementation of data quality and

field operations quality and resolution of quality issues and opportunities.

Associated Activities

* Review/ prepare and implement Operational Quality Assurance and control Plan

(including Field and Data quality plan)

* Undertake planning of the regular and periodic site inspection

* Manage a team of data quality operators and field quality technicians.

* Ensure regular reporting and MIS preparation of the observations and action

taken to meet the quality check targets.

* Conduct/ coordinate periodical process audits in-house and project sites.

* Keep accurate documentation, perform data acquisition and statistical analysis.

* Evaluate the contractor workmanship and share findings with reporting

manager for further action.

* Undertake periodic trainings on operational quality aspects for the in-house and

partner personnel's.

* Work with cross-functional teams to drive standardization and simplification in

processes resulting in improvements in operational quality.

* Identifying opportunities for improvement and track the effectiveness of

projects.
