**Job description**

**Tester**

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in executing performance tests SIT, UAT and cutover phases.
- Support building integrated solutions to address client needs, by means of experiments and POCs.
- Performance test scripting for defined business scenarios.
- Be part of the chain and provide visibility on the progress & issues that affect the testing timeline, managing the entire defect lifecycle.
- Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
- Support the development of our test automation expertise and the creation of a performance test engineering framework.

Requirements**:

- Performance testing experience is MUST (1-2 years), overall, 3-5 years of experience.
- Hands on experience on performance testing tools like - Gatling, Jmeter, Load Runner, any relevant.
- Degree holder
- Professional consulting experience in financial services, driving test strategies, standardizing test tools, test frameworks.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills.
