**QA TESTER**

**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usabilities
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Evaluate product code according to specifications
- Interacting with clients to understand product requirements
- Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester as a Manual Tester as well as Automation Tester
- Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
- Must have Good hands-on experience in Web browser Automation Testing and
Frameworks.
- Must have Good development/scripting skills in common languages which are
Web-driver compatible language such as (Java, Python,C#) with the Selenium
WebDriver API and language-specific client libraries.
- Good hands-on experience with different Mobile Operating Systems (iOS,
Android, Windows Phone)
- Must have Knowledge & Experience on JIRA tools.
- Experience on Automation API Testing & Database testing is plus
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software and SQL
- **Excellent communication and verbal skills**:

- Strong organizational skills
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
