Manual QA Tester

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on the project requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure the software meets user expectations.
- Identify, record, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues and improve the product's quality.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover unanticipated defects and edge cases.
- Report test results, findings, and defects clearly and effectively.
- Ensure that the software works across different environments and devices.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews, providing insights on testing progress and any roadblocks.
- Ensure all test documentation (test cases, test plans, etc.) is maintained up-to-date and accurate.
- Help improve internal testing processes and best practices to enhance product quality.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Manual QA Tester.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in writing and executing test cases.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues within software systems.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts for data validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages.
