**Job Title**: Assistant Manager Sales - Utilities O&M
**Location**: Environment House - Pune
**Department**: Sales
**Reports To**: Sales Head - Utilities O&M
**Experience Required**: 7-12 years in Industrial Asset Management/Maintenance service sales

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Assigned region for industrial asset management services (O&M, reliability engineering, condition monitoring, etc.).
- Engage with plant heads, maintenance heads, and procurement leaders to understand client needs and propose value-driven service offerings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, proposal, operations, and finance) to develop and deliver winning solutions.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Regularly update sales pipeline and provide forecasts and reports to management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and positioning.
- Represent the company at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and client events in the region.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7- 12 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in asset management or O&M services.
- Familiarity with industrial assets, plant operations, and maintenance-related services.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
