**Role:

- **You will be responsible for production processes including material planning, BOM documentation and quality compliance, ensuring timely output and adherence to ISO standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams for optimal manufacturing performance**.**

**Skills:

**Knowledge:

- **ERP & Software Tools: SAP, Oracle, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prepare BOM, Cutting Charts & Labor Charts**:Develop and maintain accurate documents for efficient production planning.

**Raw Material (RM) Planning & Follow-ups**:Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

**Oversee New Part Development**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new parts for existing customers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

**Machine & Tool Utilization**:Monitor machine performance, schedule maintenance, and manage spare parts inventory for uninterrupted production.

**Production Scheduling & Dispatch**:Plan production commitments, manage timelines, and ensure on-time dispatch of finished goods.

**Implement Kaizen & Continuous Improvement**:Drive at least one improvement initiative (Kaizen) monthly to enhance processes and reduce waste.

**Conduct Trainings & Maintain ISO Documentation**: Provide training on production best practices and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

**Track Quality Objectives & Responsibilities**:Regularly review performance metrics, prepare presentations, and align production goals with organizational targets.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
