Quality Control Incharge

Our Company is looking for Quality Control Incharge.

**Company Description**:
Ceramat Private Limited is a specialized manufacturer and supplier of nano hydroxyapatite

and thermal spray grade hydroxyapatite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge / operation of XRD
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
- Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
- Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.
- Coordinates the relevant Tracking Systems for the correct identification of materials.
- Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes.
- Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
- Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.
- Perform the gap analysis and address the observation with effective CAPA.
- Handling OOS and OOT.
- Preparation of Audit compliance report and effective implementation of same.
- Handle the training in the QC Department.
- To conduct analysis and testing of RM/PM/FG/actives and intermediates with the help of analytical instruments and techniques.

Understanding the Requirements of ISO 13485:2016 (MDQMS)

**Experience**:
4 to 5 years experience

**Minimum Qualifications**:
M.Sc./ M. Pharma / B.Tech/ M. Tech with relevant experiance in Pharma or chemical field

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
