We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Production and Quality Incharge to oversee our production processes and quality assurance initiatives in the paint industry. The Production and Quality Incharge will be responsible for managing production operations, implementing quality control measures, and driving continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the production process, including mixing, blending, filling, and packaging of paint products.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in production operations.
- Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that paint products meet regulatory standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products to identify areas for improvement and address quality issues.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve quality-related problems and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to test and evaluate new formulations and processes.
- Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of production and quality control activities.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to production and quality assurance.
- Proven experience in production management and quality control, with a minimum of 6 months or more in paint industry only.
- 12th + and above compulsory Diploma in Paint Technology.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control methodologies, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced production environment.
