Job Profile/Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
2. Design Create and improve mold machinery
3. Analyze manufacturing data and suggest improvements
4. Ensure quality output of molded components, Analyze quality control and correct flaws
5. Development of production of medical device
6. Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal resources.
7. Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
8. Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
