**Issue Resolution**:Investigate and resolve customer complaints, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation.

**Product Knowledge**:Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
Stay updated on new product features and updates.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records in the CRM system.
Prepare and maintain reports on customer support activities.

**Feedback and Improvement**:Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and development teams.
Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

**Training and Support**:Assist in training new customer support team members.
Provide support to colleagues when needed.

**Customer Engagement**:Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support or a related role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
