Designation - Sales Officer (Modern Trade)

Location - Kolkata

Job Objective - Generating sales by handling Modern Trade and HoReCa business in East India

Education - Graduate (Any), MBA Preferred

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in FMCG sales
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in Modern Trade and HoReCa sales in East India

Job Responsibilities
- Researching about potential market in MT for bakery business, making business deals with regional MT chains
- Developing new distributors and standalone stores in MT market
- Looking after the merchandising part in the stores, distributor points, and big chains to maintain good product visibility
- Making sure that the company policy is maintained properly by the business partners
- Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
- Making sure that distributors and stores do not face any issue related to the stock
- Handling existing HoReCa business of the company and developing the same by doing the respective market mapping
- Managing claim related queries and ROI
- Setting PJP for self as per discussion with reporting manager and working consistently to improve self-performance

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
