**Job description of Trainer**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
Provide foundation and process training to new joiners in the organization,
Ability to maintain and update relevant training materials,
Tracking the performance of the trainees during the training period,
Ability to identify the below average performer and retrain them,
Prepare and maintain a detailed training report for each training batch,
Re-training for existing Team,
Report the performance tracker of all employees to the assigned officials on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Should be a graduate with min of 3-4 years Voice training experience,
Experience in handling a team, Ability to understand multiple process,
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
Fluency in the Regional Language (Tamil) to coordinate with the team members,

Note:Working location is at warangal.

**Salary**: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
