**Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Trainer to join our team in the BPO service industry. As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that focus on the specific needs of our business processes. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to identify training needs, develop training materials, and conduct training sessions for new hires as well as existing employees. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve employee performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver training programs that align with the needs of the business processes
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees, ensuring that they are properly trained on all aspects of their roles
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve employee performance
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify training needs and develop training materials
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure that employees are meeting performance expectations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the BPO service industry
- Strong understanding of BPO processes and operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
