**Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)**

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Punkunnam, Thrissur
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospects.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues when needed.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in CRE, telemarketing, tele sales, or a similar role
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
