We have an excellent opportunity for the Position of **General Manager Sales & Marketing** for a well-known Manufacturing company in Icecream and Dairy Products.
- **Location - Pune**:
- **Experience - min 10 Years as GM, AGM, Or Sales/Marketing Head From the Ice cream Industry Mandatory**:
- **Qualification** - B.tech/M.tech/Management Degree
- **Salary - 20-24 lac p.a.**:
**Job Description**:
- Planning and Managing Marketing/Sales activity with guidance from the CEO to achieve & excel in the company’s set target for all the products.
- Appointment of super stockiest/distributor’s/Sub Agents as per the company norms in consolation with CEO and making suitable legal contacts.
- Ensure proper freezer agreements with the distributor’s /Retailers' advertisement board allocation/ placement and also POP Requirements in the market.
- Receipt/ Recovery of dues from super stockiest/ distributor’s/Sub Agents with
coordination with Finance Controller and Coordinating with Logistic dept for dispatch of the finished product in the designated roots on time.
- Provide input to the CEO and draw monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly sales forecast planning and supply scheduling accordingly, share these plans with the CEO, GM(Operation), and Logistic Dept in charge so as to enable them to draw their plans in full filling the task.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales target plant to CEO, share the plan /information with GM(Operation) and Logistic Dept are in charge and Monitor sales on daily basis.
- Coordinate with CEO and GM(Operation) for Production of Market requirements of various products and also to plan execution /achievement of sales target to help CEO in evolving new markets, New products, Plan, prepare project report to execute and market to achieve the set goals.
- While entering into new markets prepare a project report on its viability and get it approved by the CEO Mobilize the resources of personnel and materials fully while entering into a new market as per the project report.
- To help the management to recruit suitable members to their team, arrange an induction program for the new recruits.
- Ensure suitable “on-the-job training” to the new recruits in their team and motivate them to achieve the challenges in the market.
- Monitor and verify filed sales personnel including Regnal Sales Managers, Area Sales Manager, and Sales Executive. Review their performance, and achievements in the field and encourage them by rewarding them for their good performance.
- Check and verify the sales executive’s presence in the retail market visit as desired.
- Conducting monthly marketing review meetings with their respective team.
- Approved Tour program of RSM/ASM of the organization.
- Prepare and submit annual freezer requirements to CEO as per the budget approved by management and plan its suitable recruitment and distribution.
- Verify and monitor the monthly financial budget and ensure that it is within the budget approved and pro-rate monthly basis.
- Plan and introduce the new products developed by R&D wing the market after finalization of MRP in consultation with CEO & GM operation.
- Negotiates with advertising agencies, and another service provider for sales promotion activities finalizes and gets it approved by the CEO.
- To attend to market complaints and resolve them if needed take necessary assistance from GM Operation and his team members.
- Collect and Obtain information on the activities of completion, submit the feedback to CEO from time to time, and discuss and take suitable action to combat such menses.
- To delegates responsibility and authority as required to supporting member of the team in order to ensure smooth and effective functioning of the system.
- To ensure that the details receipts/issues of deep Frizzier, another fixed asset to sales/Marketing, Boards, and POP materials are fed into the ERP system on day to day basis.
- To ensure that data of super-stockiest wise/distributor wise/hub wise/ State wise sales, individual marketing personnel-wise sales are obtained from ERP system and Analyzed and reviewed for taking steps to increase the sales or to take suitable corrective steps wherever such action is needed.
