**JOB OPENING: Sales Executive**

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s/Master’s
**Experience**: 1-2 years
**Location**: Indore
**Work Mode**: Work From Office

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Classification**: Identify and classify leads based on their **need**, **budget**, and **decision-making capabilities**.
- **Pipeline Management**: Establish and maintain a healthy lead pipeline to meet sales targets.
- **Process Improvement**: Brainstorm and implement new strategies to improve lead generation and sales processes to achieve monthly/quarterly goals.
- **Industry Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with industry developments to enhance your approaches and offer greater value to prospects.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the **sales team** to schedule meetings or calls with potential clients.

**Key Skills**:

- **Fluency** in both written and spoken **English**.
- Strong **telephone skills**, **attentive listening**.
- Self-motivated with a strong **performance-driven** attitude.
- **Willingness** to take on intellectual challenges and learn new concepts.
- Ability to work efficiently in a **fast-paced team environment**.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Experience in **ERP sales** or sales of any **software product** is an added advantage.
