**TECH MAHINDRA IS HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL CHAT PROCESS ( US PROCESS)**

We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented _International Customer Service Associate_ to join in NOIDA.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**: Respond to customer queries and concerns through Chat professionally and in a timely manner.
- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot customer issues effectively, providing accurate solutions and escalating when necessary.
- **Adaptability**: Remain flexible to shift changes and handle peak periods with high efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: UG/ Graduates /PG ( Any Stream)
- **Experience**: 1-5 years in customer service, preferably handling international clients (Chats)
- **Skills**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work night shifts or rotational shifts

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹525,000.00 per year
