**Job Summary**

The Biofuel and Refined Product Divisions have a new opening for a Compliance Executive based out of our office in Gurgaon India. Responsibilities for this role will include communicating daily with the compliance team, ensuring that reporting is accurate and timely, as well as keeping appropriate records for audit purposes. Your work will contribute to strengthening the North American Biodiesel and Refined Products supply chain and help meet the growing demand for low-carbon fuels across the Americas.

**Responsibilities**

As the Compliance executive you will be working closely with our Compliance Manager to compile and analyze daily and monthly fuel sales and purchases within the North American market. Your specific responsibilities will be to:

- Compile monthly sales data for reporting.
- Send Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) reports to customers at month end.
- Manage and enter data in a timely manner into the LCFS template.
- Prepare daily product transfer documents.
- Enter data onto the excel spreadsheet for the quarterly additive report to the California Resource Board.
- Enter sales orders as assigned by the Compliance Manager.
- Invoice sales as assigned by the Compliance Manager.
- Verify, send, and accept RIN trades daily.
- Verify and maintain records for annual audits.
- Data collection, analysis, and verification for Federal, State, and Provincial Renewable Fuels Program reporting.
- Carry out company policy and procedures.
- Work in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.
- Meet and exceed service level targets on an individual and team basis.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of data analyst experience.
- Intermediate level experience with MS Office.
- Must have excellent (100% fluent) English language skills (spoken, written & comprehension).
- Knowledge of Purchasing and Inventory considered an asset.
- A university degree is not required but is considered an asset.
- Exceptionally detail oriented.
- Organized with excellent time management skills.
- Flexible and open to new challenges.
- Willingness to learn about existing and upcoming Renewable Fuel Programs.
- Self-motivated and independent.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate initiative within company processes.
