Role Overview:

The Facility Compliance Executive ensures that all facilities adhere to statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance standards. This role involves monitoring, auditing, and implementing compliance programs related to safety, environmental regulations, building codes, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations (e.g., fire safety, environmental laws, labor laws).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements for facility operations.
  • Audits & Inspections:
  • Conduct regular audits of facilities for safety, hygiene, and regulatory adherence.
  • Prepare compliance reports and submit to management and regulatory authorities.
  • Policy Implementation:
  • Develop and implement facility compliance policies and SOPs.
  • Monitor adherence to internal controls and recommend improvements.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify compliance risks and propose corrective actions.
  • Investigate non-compliance issues and implement remediation plans.
  • Training & Awareness:
  • Conduct compliance training for facility staff.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance across all operations.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain compliance records, permits, and licenses.
  • Ensure timely renewal of statutory certifications (e.g., fire NOC, pollution control).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in facility compliance or regulatory roles.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, OSHA guidelines, and local building codes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Certifications like NEBOSH, ISO Auditor, or similar are a plus.

  • Audit and inspection expertise.
  • Risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Documentation and reporting proficiency.
  • Attention to detail and ethical judgment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
