Sales Coordinator

_Responsibilities_
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Managing Tour plan, Monitoring school visits as per plan, Weekly Monitoring distribution of specimen with sales, Weekly Monitoring expenses planned vs actual
- Preparing tracking sheets
- Daily Review reports and update Boss
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the enquiries with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform teachers & principals of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- Requirements and skills_
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Experience in operating sales team App like Techno Purple or Sales force
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Graduate in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
