**Responsibilities**:

- The role of the business placement associate is to build and manage
relationships with the Insurance companies
- Be primarily responsible for getting the best quotations across insurers, handle negotiations around policy terms and price
- Arranging first cut of pricing, following up with the Insurance companies for quote sheet
- Verification of documents, policy terms and preparing RFP to share it with insurers Liaising
with Insurers & TPAs to support internal team

**Job Requirement**

**You’re Awesome At** - Prior experience having worked at Insurance broking companies or insurance companies
- Experience with group health insurance space is good to have
- Strong relationship building capabilities across multiple levels of the organisation
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to engage with Insurance companies/TPAs across multiple regions, and ability to diplomatically navigate complex situations Utmost integrity and transparency
- Desire to work in fast-paced, multitasking, fluid environment with changing priorities
- Strong ability to work independently, build processes that scale and manage one's time, with minimum oversight
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness and ability to learn new hacks and tools quickly
- What are we looking for? 1-2 years of experience at an insurance broking firm or insurance company or TPA
