As a Student Placement Coordinator at Fullinfaws College in Bangalore, the duties, activities, roles, and responsibilities for the students of B.Com, B.B.A, and B.C.A would typically include:

- 1. Liaising with various companies and organizations to identify potential internship and job opportunities for B.Com, B.B.A, and B.C.A students.
- 2. Organizing and conducting campus recruitment drives and placement events to facilitate the hiring process for graduating students.
- 3. Developing and maintaining relationships with alumni, industry professionals, and placement agencies to expand the college's network for placements.
- 4. Providing career counseling and guidance to students, assisting them in identifying their career goals and preparing them for job interviews.
- 5. Conducting workshops, seminars, and training sessions to improve students' soft skills, interview techniques, and overall employability skills.
- 7. Managing and updating the placement database, tracking students' progress, and maintaining records of placed and unplaced students.
- 8. Assisting students in creating and refining their resumes and cover letters to make them more attractive to potential employers.
- 9. Coordinating with various departments within the college to organize mock interviews and group discussions for students.
- 10. Collaborating with the college's Career Development Cell to plan and execute career fairs and networking events.
- 11. Monitoring industry trends and job market dynamics to adapt the placement strategy and ensure better job opportunities for students.
- 12. Conducting surveys and feedback sessions to gather information about the effectiveness of placement initiatives and implementing improvements accordingly.
- 13. Ensuring compliance with placement-related policies and guidelines set by the college and regulatory bodies.
- 14. Facilitating the onboarding process for selected students, including documentation and formalities with employers.
- 15. Handling any placement-related grievances or concerns raised by students and taking necessary actions to resolve them.
- 16. Maintaining regular communication with employers and seeking feedback on the performance of placed students.
- 17. Preparing and presenting placement reports to college management and relevant stakeholders.
- 18. Staying updated with industry trends, recruitment practices, and changes in the job market to provide valuable insights to students.
- 19. Assisting in organizing internships and industry visits to provide practical exposure to students.
- 20. Collaborating with the college's alumni association to leverage alumni networks for internship and job opportunities.

**4. Salary Range - 2 lacs - 3.00 lacs p.a ( 16,000/- to 25,000/-)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
