
Area Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify and target construction projects, infrastructure developments, and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **contractors, builders, project managers, and procurement teams**.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements.
- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with clients while ensuring profitability.
- **Market Research & Sales Strategy**:
- Stay updated with industry trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.
- Develop sales strategies to expand business in the assigned area.
- Work closely with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
- **Order Management & Coordination**:
- Ensure smooth order processing by coordinating with the **production, logistics, and accounts team**.
- Follow up on deliveries, payments, and after-sales services.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide necessary support.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain records of sales, inquiries, and project updates.
- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Engineering, or a related field**.
- 3+ years of experience in **B2B sales, project sales, or construction industry sales**.
- Strong knowledge of **scaffolding, formwork, or steel-based products** is a plus.
- Excellent **negotiation, communication, and networking skills**.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Proficiency in **MS Office and CRM software**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
