**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into clients.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and requirements.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports to the Sales Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Min. 1 year of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
