Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Duties**
- Manage daily office activities and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Keep records, contracts, invoices, and reports organized.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calendars, and team workflows.
- Ensure company policies are followed and compliance standards are met.
**2. Team Leadership**
- Lead and guide administrative, sales, and technical teams.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure goals are achieved.
- Train new employees and provide support to team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and handle team conflicts professionally.
**3. Technical Support**
- Oversee office IT systems and resolve technical issues.
- Work with technical teams to update software and hardware.
- Use tools like CRM or ERP to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Ensure data is handled securely and backed up properly.
**4. Sales Support**
- Help the sales team by coordinating tasks with other departments.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Manage the customer database (CRM) and track interactions.
- Analyze sales data and share insights with management.
**5. Reporting and Analysis**
- Prepare reports on office operations, sales performance, and technical issues.
- Analyze data to find trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Share actionable recommendations with the leadership team.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good at organizing tasks and multitasking.
- Understanding of sales processes and customer management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office administration or management.
- Prior experience in managing teams and office operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
