**Project Planning**:Develop comprehensive project plans for scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.Align project objectives with client expectations and company goals.
**Site Visits**:Site Visits have to be done regularly to make sure the ongoing work is in line with the timelines. Reports of site visits have to be shared with the Reporting Manager.
**Client Communication**:Act as main client contact, providing regular updates.Address client queries and changes promptly.
**Team Coordination**:Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure collaboration.
**Budget and Cost Management**:Create, manage, and track project budgets.Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of design choices.
**Timeline Management**:Develop schedules, monitor progress, and manage delays.
**Quality Assurance**:Maintain design and construction quality standards.Address deviations promptly.
**Risk Management**:Identify and address project risks.Develop contingency plans.
**Documentation**:Maintain detailed project records and decisions.
**Stakeholder Management**:Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
**Reporting**:Provide regular project status reports to senior management.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Interior design: 1 year (preferred)
