Responsibilities Include:

- Contact vendors to receive missing or adjusted prices & dividends and client notifications.
- Assist in setting up new funds by gathering information from fund companies and transfer agents.
- Create fund sourcing sheets for new funds, distribute among pricing and dividend specialists, and follow up consistently to meet service level agreements.
- Prepare corporate action forms and provide support to the pricing team.
- Perform manual data entry, including revisions, preprocessing, and auto-import verification.
- Perform manual data entry, keying revisions, and validate dividends/capital gains for export to clients.
- Monitor import and export data, ensuring completeness of export jobs.
- Review End of Night reports for discrepancies before finalizing data and prepare for the next day's fund update notices.
- Collaborate with Stateside supervisors for a seamless workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience is mandatory.
- Should be proficient in the US Securities Market
- Strong proficiency in Excel is required.
- Commerce degree or equivalent with basic financial knowledge, preferably in trading, mutual funds, or retirement services.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work during US business hours and collaborate effectively with team members.
