The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive team and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting and financial functions. The CFO will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and profitability.   Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Leadership:Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the goals and objectives of each business unit and support growth and sustainability.Provide financial guidance and insights to senior management and stakeholders. 2. Financial Operations Management:Oversee day-today financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for each entity.Establish and maintain robust internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and financial mismanagement.Financial Planning and Analysis:Collaborate with business unit leaders to create and manage annual budgets.Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that may impact the organization's financial stability. 4. Ensure Compliance:Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports and tax filings. 6. Audit and Risk Management:Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.Lead and execute inventory audit to optimise operational efficiency.Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the financial interests of the organization.   Preferred skills Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: 10-20 years of experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Manufacturing industry and relevant regulatory requirements.Compliance: Experience in GST and other tax and statutory compliances.Tech Savy: Proficient in the latest accounting software.Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to provide financial insights and contribute to the company's overall strategy.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
