Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 12 years of experience in finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking and hands-on expertise with Zoho Books. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, developing financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership to the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Manage capital raising initiatives and investment strategies.
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Monitor financial performance and risk management.
- Optimize financial systems and processes using Zoho Books.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in finance, including investment banking.
- Proficient in Zoho Books and other financial tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
