We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our brand, marketing strategy, and growth initiatives across B2B and B2G markets. The CMO will be responsible for shaping the company's brand narrative, driving global market positioning, and creating impactful campaigns that resonate with government bodies, enterprises, and communities.

This role requires a strategic leader with strong expertise in digital transformation, storytelling, and customer psychology, who can scale our brand presence, influence key stakeholders, and generate measurable business outcomes. The CMO will play a critical role in aligning marketing with business goals, driving revenue growth, and positioning the company as a global leader in robotics and cleantech innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company's long-term marketing vision, brand positioning, and communication strategy.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth and strengthen relationships in B2B and B2G markets.
  • Build and manage the company's global brand narrative, highlighting social impact, innovation, and technology leadership.
  • Drive digital-first strategies including SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and automation to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Oversee public relations, media engagement, and high-level events to enhance corporate reputation.
  • Develop strategies to increase lead generation, demand generation, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategy.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, R&D and Other Departments to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale marketing budgets ensuring high ROI and strategic resource allocation.
  • Represent the Genrobotics at industry forums, conferences, and global platforms.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the CEO and Board on marketing performance and growth outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in senior marketing roles, including 3–5 years as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
  • Experience in public relations, media management, and global events.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand building, digital marketing, and growth strategy at scale.
  • Proven experience working closely with CEO, CSO, and other C-level executives to align strategy and execution.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced and high-pressure environments with sound decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology, buyer behavior, and government/enterprise decision-making patterns.
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale lead generation and demand generation outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills.
