Powder coater responsibilities
- Operate diamond turning lathe machines making IR optical lenses.
- Load seed into dryers for coating, arrange and coat seed.
- Perform quality tests to assure products meet the specifications regulate by ISO.
- Select the correct powder and coats to industry, company and customer standards.
- Programme and setup IR optical jobs carefully following blueprint guidelines to engineer's standards.
- Follow all GMP regulations and standard operating procedures need to clean and operate equipment.
- Pack the rubber parts and check for damages, run the coating and glue booth.
- Experience in metal working/fabrication, limit TIG welding experience; limit experience with CNC machines and other fabrication devices.
- Transfer completed items and products from machines to drying or storage areas, using handcarts, hand trucks, and cranes.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Operate multiple printing and bindery machines UV roll coat machine/cutter/ink jet/stitcher
- Remove cure parts on buggies from dryer and park in an orderly fashion to cool off for the routing department.
- Perform metrology self inspect function on the Zygo and Taly-Surf equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
