**Job Requirement**:

- To meet all customer expectations and provide a leadership role in driving a team of professional in meeting organisational objectives.
- Managing all carbon steel fabrication and powder coating jobs within the budgeted manhours, time, and cost.
- Job responsibilities includes, RFQ technical data preparation, equipment selections new product development, manufacturing operations like carbon steel fabrication (blanking, bending, Mig/spot welding, laser cutting), powder coating and final product packing.
- To achieve optimum workflow and incorporating best layout and manufacturing practices. (Application of Tools like 5S, TPM, Lean concepts, to build culture and cost competitiveness).
- Regular interactions with customer to meet all delivery and quality expectations. To work on continuous improvement plan and provide quality and cost benefits.
- To engage with the customer for meeting stringent KPI on delivery, quality, sustainability and best practices in meeting all EHS norms.
- To oversee the general administration function and co-ordinate activities of Quality control, NPD, Admin/Personnel/Human Resource, Maintenance and logistics.
- Sustain QMS in the organisation with special emphasis on meeting customer quality standards and audits compliance.
- Preparation of capex and operations budget, monthly monitoring and adherence / improvements efforts to maintain budgeted figure.
- To develop Key Result Areas ( KPI) as a measure for development of people, operating efficiency, innovation, physical and financial resource utilization, social and environmental responsibility and profitability.
