**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Powder Coating - In Charge located in Gujarat, India. The role involves overseeing the powder coating process for lab furniture and equipment, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments for timely production.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in powder coating, quality control, and inventory management
- Knowledge of lab furniture and equipment materials and manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
- Experience in a similar industry or role is a plus
- Technical certification or diploma in relevant field
- To Ensure proper handling of materials and minimize wastages.
- To ensure House keeping of Plant & safe environment for workers
- To Co-ordinate with Stores & Q.C. for production related activity.
- Maintain preventive and breakdowns of all machinery's in the plant.
- To encourage and develop workers & Trained workers for their functions
- Timely reporting in plant developments to management.
- To arrange & monitor installation activities.
- To arrange to attend customer complaints regarding installation and product.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
